In the event of a dispute or chargeback, this policy and all related order and communication records may be used as supporting evidence.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided all conditions below are met.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Only standard inspection of the product is permitted.
Return shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
Returns are processed within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:

Please include:
Your order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)
Your full name and shipping address
Wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stellas-closet.com

Your order number
A brief explanation of the issue
Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
After verification:
A replacement may be offered, subject to availability.
In some cases, a return of the defective item may not be required.
Replacement processing generally takes 7–14 business days.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages
Lost in Transit
If your package is confirmed lost during shipping:
Contact us with your order number and tracking details.
We will assist with the courier investigation and arrange a replacement or refund once the loss is confirmed.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Incorrect Address
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $35 USD deduction will be applied to any refund to cover administrative and shipping costs.
Cancellations & Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return it after delivery by following the return process outlined above.

clearly stating your intent to cancel.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can assist you promptly.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we may submit supporting documentation to the payment provider, including:

Shipping and tracking details
Email correspondence and submitted evidence
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may delay resolution and could affect future order eligibility.
Important Information
All approved returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for international transit delays or customs clearance issues.
Hygiene-sensitive items returned in used or unsanitary condition will not be accepted.
Returns are not free; shipping and handling fees apply.
